So Washington becomes another state without the death penalty. Ok. I'm sure everybody has an opinion on the matter. My two cents. If you kill one of my family members and it was not in self defense and done violently, you don't get to live. You don't get to see the sun day after day and my family member does not. You don't deserve the functions of your body if you violently kill someone. I don't understand why this is a hard concept to grasp. (My opinion alone).
Now lets plays the devils advocate. One would say, "we can't play God". Well, didn't the killer?
Think about the parents of children who were kidnapped, tortured and then murdered. Think about the children even more so. You think there killer should be allowed to live?
Think about the mass shooters. They should just sit in jail forever?
Although we have had some clearing in our air, the haze is still moving around because we are not clear of our wildfires. Here is a map via InciWeb with the details.

In this day and age we all are so busy working and dealing with our children that it is a little challenging to stay informed about all the initiatives on the table. The last thing you want to do is vote based on headlines. You want to review the details. We have a link here that will assist you on this matter. We have some time before November's ballots so take some time daily to review what is on the table. www.sos.wa.gov/elections/initiatives/initiatives.aspx
Ok, so maybe you are not from Washington state, but you are following our website here. Let me feel you in on something. Many MANY patriots / militia men and women all across the state took pictures and recorded video of signature collectors using misleading tactics to get names on the petitions. There were reports of some methods to double there numbers as well. Furthermore the details of the initiative were not made clear and blatant lies were used. A judge said it was a no go for I1639, but quickly this was reversed. How? Who got paid off? You can take a look at this article from August 24th 2018 from the Seattle Times Newspaper. You can track the rest of this via links.
Get out and vote in November. Don't no show like far too many of you did for the primary.

The NRA and the Second Amendment Foundation file a lawsuit against the city of Seattle claiming the "safe storage" gun requirement violates the states preemption statue. They also point out that the safe gun requirement is unenforceable. For some reason the city of Seattle is acting like they don't already know that.

We can't tell you who to vote for. That's your decision, but if you want better results that means the current senator has to go. Simple.
